Translation:
For the removal of all obstacles, I meditate on Lord Vighneshwara who is clad in white, is all pervading, is white like the moon, sports four arms and is always of serene aspect.

He is the most popular God in India. .The affable, pot bellied, elephant-headed friend who turns up at every corner, wards off the evil eye. He is the presider over every inauguration. The Lord of and destroyer of obstacles, Ganesha also goes by the names of Vighneshvara or Vighnaharta,. Invoke Him whenever a Siddhi or success in undertakings is needed. Call Him for grant of Buddhi, or clarity of intelligence. Propitiate Him by breaking before is starting any venture. The wedding card has his photograph and he adorns most car dash boards. And that's just a small domain of his kingdom.
